Account Manager
(Jawa Tengah - Semarang)


Responsibilities:

Gain new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and primarily insurance broker
Introduce new products and promote them through regular visits and frequent communication with intermediaries
Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns form clients
Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with colleagues
Monitor and make report on performance against agreed sales target
Work with underwriters to amend policies where necessary in order to meet client demand

Requirements:

Female/Male, maximum 30 – 38 years old
Bachelor degree in any major with minimum GPA 2.75
Minimum experience 5 years in Sales at General Insurance Company
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork
Able to negotiate with and influence others, especially in pressurized sales situations
Good customer service skills and strong presentation skills
Result-driven approach in order to meet allocated targets each year
Excellent time management skills and self motivation
Ability to work as part of a team
Having good networking will be advantaged
Computer Literate (Word & Excel) and proficient in English both oral & written is a must

Successful candidate is required to analyze claims from the insured, manage claims administration procedures and correspondences. Communication with Clients and Insurers as well as negotiation on claims matter is required. The candidate is also required to produce routine reports for the clients related to claims.
Requirements:

Female, maximum 30 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree (D3) preferably majoring in Medicine.
Must have at least 1 year experience with Health or Life Insurer or with a Third Party Administrator.
Having a wide relationship and network of potential clients for sales targets.
Must be able to work in a team.
Must be able to look for new clients and service existing clients in order to achieve individual targets.
Having passion and self driven in sales
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Ability in processing of claims including any investigations that may be required.
Target oriented and able to work under pressure.
Able to develop and deliver quality professional presentation.
Excellent Interpersonal, Communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English and Indonesian Languages in both oral and written is a must.
