HR Organization Development and Business Partner

Responsibilities :

*Analyze, design and implement organization training & development needs

*Diagnose business needs and recommend appropriate solution on employee related issues to assigned business groups
*
Design and implement specific programs within HR practice
*
Conduct selection of new employees for the assigned business group
*
Work collaboratively within HR team and line management to ensure effective HR service delivery to the organization.

Qualifications :

*
University degree in psychology (preferable), with minimum 8 years experience in HR
*
Excellent presentation skill, strong building strategic relationship, strong planning and organizing, strong analysis/problem solving, influence
*
Courageous, able to collaborate with others, team player
