Responsibilities:
* Provide quality service to assist all business units in making all programs/campaigns successful
* Contribute in achieving the overall business objectives for all business units who utilize call centre resources in delivering sales/service programs
* Work closely with all business units to ensure all programs are well-planned and well implemented so as to meet the program objectives
* Proactively seek feedback to facilitate improvements in sales, service, operations efficiency and customers satisfactions
* Be knowledgeable in some effective call centre models, e.g. outbound resources planning model, staff’s productivity factors, etc. so as to provide professional, scientific and structural advice in driving the programs towards success
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree (S1) graduated from a reputable university, majoring in any disciplines
* Having min. 2 years of related working experience in insurance or financial institution sales division, especially Telesales
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Good communication skill
* Highly initiative, a team player, and Sales oriented
* Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision
* Detail oriented and organized
* Strong computer skill
* Willing to be placed at Jakarta
