Junior Trainer (JT)
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
To assist training and quality team to develop telemarketing skills.
Listen to TMR recordings and give a feedback and input to help sales team development.
To create progress reports of every TMR based on quality and productivity of sales.
To report updates of top issues from the call floor.
To report top urgent issue from the call floor and able to have a quick fixes.
To compile ways and means of handling objection
To create handling objection collaboration with QC and GL
To Schedule, facilitate and conduct sales clinic and training based on monitoring results of the call floor.
Requirements:
Male / Female.
Age between 25-30 years old.
Min Diploma III Degree from any major.
Preferably 2 years experience in the sales/Telemarketing Insurance, Banking product.
Have passion in quality of sales and training.
Good analytical.
Self-driven, persuasive
Good Communication and Listening skills
Fluent in English both spoken and written
Computer literate (MS Word, Power Point, Excel)
