Account Manager
(Jawa Tengah - Semarang)


Responsibilities:

Gain new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market
Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients and primarily insurance broker
Introduce new products and promote them through regular visits and frequent communication with intermediaries
Deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns form clients
Maintain detailed knowledge of new and existing products by liaising with colleagues
Monitor and make report on performance against agreed sales target
Work with underwriters to amend policies where necessary in order to meet client demand

Requirements:

Female/Male, maximum 30 – 38 years old
Bachelor degree in any major with minimum GPA 2.75
Minimum experience 5 years in Sales at General Insurance Company
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and teamwork
Able to negotiate with and influence others, especially in pressurized sales situations
Good customer service skills and strong presentation skills
Result-driven approach in order to meet allocated targets each year
Excellent time management skills and self motivation
Ability to work as part of a team
Having good networking will be advantaged
Computer Literate (Word & Excel) and proficient in English both oral & written is a must
